Hi, I’m Ginger Dunaway. I want to help you find what you’ve truly been searching for all these years. Since my first bout of depression as a young kid, there was one constant that stayed with me throughout: that yearning for something more; happiness that lasts; fulfillment that lasts. By allowing me to change my perspective and also see more deeply into others judgments and pain, I was able to judge others less and connect with them more. I recognized from experience and experimentation with these practices and teachings that when we can drop our walls and connect with others there is no other feeling quite like it.
I have been practicing yoga since 2001, a Kripalu certified yoga teacher since 2006, and I have been teaching a blend of yoga and A Course In Miracles since 2013. I am a spiritual yogi, yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, author, entrepreneur, Registered Nurse, and most importantly: adoring mom to two wonderful daughters and 7 rescue dogs and cats.
