About Ginger

Hi, I’m Ginger Dunaway. I want to help you find what you’ve truly been searching for all these years. Since my first bout of depression as a young kid, there was one constant that stayed with me throughout: that yearning for something more; happiness that lasts; fulfillment that lasts. I knew it was inside of me as a child. I only had to find it within myself again. A blend of Yoga and A Course In Miracles allowed this to finally happen for me. Once I understood the transformations that were happening within me I only wanted to share these transformational teachings and practices with others.

I have been practicing yoga since 2001, a Kripalu certified yoga teacher since 2006, and I have been teaching a blend of yoga and A Course In Miracles since 2013. I am a spiritual yogi, yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, author, Registered Nurse, and most importantly: adoring mom to two wonderful daughters and 7 rescue dogs and cats.
